Returns, refunds, and exchanges

At this time, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds will only be issued for orders that have been canceled within the first 24 hours after the order was placed. If the order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it even if it has been less than 24 hours.

Custom, commissions, and made-to-order items

Due to the personalized nature of these orders; all custom, made-to-order, and commission orders are final sales.

Damages and issues

Upon the arrival of your order, please always inspect your items for any damages. Please contact us immediately if an item is defective or your order was fulfilled incorrectly. We will asset the situation and fix it right away. If your package was damaged or lost during shipment please contact your local post office immediately and file a damages/lost package claim. Please also contact us at support.wqcrafts.store so we can follow up on the issue for you as well. We will make it right.
