Custom Order means you are requesting an item we normally carry but with specific colors or personalization*.
Example: You want a panda but in white and pink with embroidered eyes instead of black and white with plastic safety eyes. These can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to fulfill and 1-3 business days to ship out. You will need to pay in full at the time order is placed. You will receive a photo of the final product and be notified when your order ships.

Commission Order means you are requesting an item we do not normally carry. We bring your vision of a finished product to life.
Example: personalized baby cuddle blanket in rainbow colors with a matching teddy bear.
These orders can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to fulfill. We will communicate closely over email to make sure all the details are just right. This will include picking colors, materials, etc. You will then receive a quote and need to pay a non-refundable deposit to finish placing your commission order. Deposit amount varies by commission order. You will receive email updates and progress photos as we work on bringing your order to life. After the order is complete, final photos will be sent and wait your approval. Once approved and the remaining balance is paid, your item(s) will ship out in 1-3 business days.

Back Order means the item(s) you want are currently out of stock but will be made to order if purchased. These are items we regularly carry. No customization is offered. Please refer to our home page for current fulfillment times.
We cannot cancel custom or commission orders once they have been placed. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
