Care Instructions

Plushies

If your plushie was listed as machine washable:

  1. Remove any small accessories that are not sewn down. i.e bags or outfits. This will help each individual item get a thorough cleaning. – Any accessories with wire, terracotta, etc, should never be placed in the wash. – Place plushies and accessories in a pillowcase or laundry bag and tie closed.
  2. Place pillowcase with plushie in the washer and wash on a gentle cycle in cold water.
  3. Once again, do not take the plushie out of the pillowcase. Tumble dry the closed pillowcase with plushie still inside, on low heat until dry.

If your plushie was listed as spot clean only:

  1. Mix one part laundry detergent with two parts lukewarm water.
  2. Using a soft cloth, apply the mixture in a dabbing motion to the dirty spot(s).
  3. Let air dry

Rugs and wall hangings

If listed as machine washable, wash in cold water with mild detergent on a gentle cycle, or a normal if extra dirty. Air dry.

If listed as dry clean only, please dry clean.

If unable to, as an alternative to dry cleaning, follow the spot cleaning directions listed under the plushies section.
